Hello, first of all, it's an honor and I welcome you to this website.

I started training at home when I was 12 and a half years old. Exercise has always been both my passion and an expression of who I am, and eventually it became my profession.

At 16, I started my first resistance training courses — right at that age I began working at my first gym (I used to skip school to go work there haha).

I graduated as a Physical Educator and at 22 I achieved my international certification with the most important physical training organization in the world: the NSCA.

I've continued my education through online courses from Harvard University, in both nutrition and basic computer science, all of which has allowed me to build my own nutrition and training platforms.

It has taken me more than 15 years to compile the information that I make available here and in my apps. It has been a monumental effort, without a doubt.

In this era of Artificial Intelligence, I decided to take full responsibility for the logic and mathematics behind my apps, databases, websites, and more — while using AI only for user interfaces.

Because of this, I can confidently say that I fully trust all the content you as a user will be able to use, and it's a pride to be able to share it.
