Privacy Policy — Instructor JP mini app

1. Information We Collect

1.1 All data collected is non-user-identifiable.

The Instructor JP app does not request or need any data that can be linked directly to the user (such as full name, phone number, email address, or precise location). We don’t have a need for collecting data and the creator of the app specifically designed the Instructor JP mini app to function without user personal data.

2. Information we process and/or store

2.1 Information required for the App functions

When you ask for a program, exercise options or videos, you may provide non-identifying fitness preferences such as:

• training level, goals, available equipment, target body areas
• exercise preferences and exclusions (e.g., “no squats”)
• language preference

The App does not require personal identifiers (full name, phone number, email) and no personal identifier will be stored even if provided.

2.2 Saved programs

If you decide to save a workout program, we store:

• the specific created workout program content (exercises, sets, reps, rest, loads, days, goals, plans)
• a randomly generated workout program ID (workout_program_id) used to retrieve the program later
• any optional description/comments/time period attached to the saved plan

3. Location usage

3.1 The App does not require your location

The App does not request or require precise location (e.g., GPS coordinates or address).

3.2 If coarse location is provided by the platform

The client may provide a coarse (non specific) location hint (e.g., country, city). If present, it will be used only to select the most common language for UI display. The App works with or without this information.

4. How we use information

We do not sell user data or use it for behavioral advertising.

We use information only to:

• display the UI and process exercise options such as workout programs or exercise videos
• troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability of the App

As of the publication of this document, the only data stored are saved programs and, as discussed above, they are non-user-identifiable and can be retrieved only by providing the specific program ID.

5. Data sharing

5.1 Sharing scope

The Instructor JP App does not need or desire sharing data outside OpenAI/ChatGPT and Instructor JP’s systems, except as required to operate the service (e.g., hosting/storage providers).

5.2 Logging data

For reliability and debugging, the App may log limited backend operational events such as:

• which tool was requested (e.g., “create program”, “save program”)
• whether the operation returned success or error

These logs are intended for service reliability and debugging, and are not designed for tracking individuals. We specifically avoid collecting unnecessary identifiers or surveillance-style metadata.

6. Data retention

The Instructor JP mini app does not retain user personal information of any kind, such as emails, numbers, names, or specific location. The only data needed for the app functions is present on the app input schema and it is completely anonymous. Both the AI model and the user do not need, and should not share, personal data.

6.1 Workout Program deletion

All workout programs are non-user-identifiable by design, but if the user desires to delete a workout program, they can do so at any time by contacting Instructor JP with the unique workout_program_id. The program will be deleted (no questions asked) and a deletion confirmation will be provided to the user.

7. Children

7.1 Not meant for kids

The Instructor JP app is not intended for children under 13 years.

8. International Transfers

Because the App may operate globally, data may be processed or stored in jurisdictions outside your location. We commit to maintaining appropriate safeguards for international data transfers, as required by law.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
